Job Description
This is an experienced level individual contributor responsible for design and implementation of C&B strategy, programs, policies and procedures to attract, motivate, reward, and retain talent in alignment with the strategic needs of the business


Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with HRD to formulate company C&B strategy in alignment with business strategy
2. Manage and improve the overall job grading system, provide market benchmark and job analysis, conduct regular job grade review and job evaluation as necessary to maintain consistent job grading system.
3. Improve and review regularly company pay structure, including base salary structure, short/long – term incentive programs, etc. to ensure the appropriateness and competitiveness
4. Participate in market compensation & benefits surveys and provide analysis per company needs.
5. Keep track of market rewards & benefits practices and analyze cost restriction, design various benefits program to ensure enough competitiveness in local market.
6. Be involved in company equity incentive plan design program partnering with Finance department and external vendor.
7. Develop performance review and merit increment process
8. Support compensation and benefits related operations
9. Provide advice, counsel and general support to related stakeholders such as department heads, HRBP and so on.
10. Assist HRD to conduct C&B projects and programs.

            
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 8+ years’ experience in C&B field; high-tech industry preferred
3. Good knowledge of Chinese local laws, regulations and practices
4. Be familiar with compensation design and compensation survey methods and processes,
5. Be familiar with the methodology of job matching, with good skills of job analysis;
6. Equity incentive plan project experience will be plus
7. Good ability of data analysis, problem-solving
8. Good team player
