Responsibilities:

• Software design, architecture design and software development on Android
• Create and execute project implementation plans and suggest alternatives where problems are encountered in the original plan
• Breaking down implementation scopes into suitable work packages
• Define milestones and schedule deadlines
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects implementation
• Arrange project-relevant appointments
• Project coordination between different organization units
• Apply quality control practices (knowledge transfer, work packages)
• Update team on progress or issues arising during project implementation via regular meetings and written status reports
• Clearly define the beginning and end of a project implementation, including a handover phase to operation
• Provide on-the-job training to key users and support associates
• Setup the monitoring of development KPIs
• Support team for supplier management and coordination
• Monitoring App overall quality and development progress

Qualifications:

Experience & Ability Area

• More than 4 years working experience in app development or architecture for android.
• Well Experienced in Project Management including Project Planning, Project Execution and Controlling, Quality management, Risk Management and so on.
• Experiences of App product/project management
• Experiences of App development and architecture design
• Skilled in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, HMI state charts and other project management related tools
• Ability to explain complex technical problems to clients and third-parties
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage conflicts

Knowledge Area

• Have solid knowledge about software engineering
• Have solid knowledge about Android and iOS (iOS is a plus)
• Have good knowledge in function design and UML diagrams
• Have good knowledge of development environment setup

Process & Procedure Area

• Familiar with software release and version control, deployment processes, and end-to-end testing procedures etc.
• Familiar with App testing procedure and methodologies

Language Area

• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written & spoken
• German language skills are highly preferred.
