Job Description
Introduction
For Control Product business unit, we are looking for Pushbutton and signal column product manager. The main responsibility is to push portfolio to Pushbutton and signal column relevant channels and customers, support industry sales and jointly develop target customers to gain market share in market.


What are my responsibilities?
• Analyze market & business opportunity of Pushbutton and signal column including development of product strategy
• Regional 4P strategy with focus of Pushbutton and signal column market share at key OEM and SI
• Being the product manager, drive and support all channels to achieve target of responsible product
• Drive and support sales colleague and external partner
• Promotion Pushbutton and signal column at key OEM, SI and distributor
• Synergize resource with BU and sales to optimize the decision process
• Deliver knowledge
• Organize and Provide intensive Pushbutton and signal column training internally and externally
• Organize local promotion activities
• Develop target customer/project
• Define the target OEM and SI/project
• Track the pilot machine/project development


What do I need to qualify for this job
• Rich knowledge of responsible SIEMENS products or competitors corresponding products
• Solid technical background and best with hand-on engineering experience with Pushbutton and signal column
• Sales experience in SI, distributor or international/domestic supplier.
• Knowledge of English for daily business communication
• Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
• Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience
• Quick learner and with good business sense
• Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
• Team work spirit
• Willingness to travel is required


Concrete tasks
• Proficiency Pushbutton and signal column and background knowledge. Can answers daily question from BD and PSS.
• Familiar with Pushbutton and signal column line business. Know yearly business volume and piece count, Product strategic and Key customer
• Update and supplement Pushbutton and signal column materials
• Competitor product comparison.
