Direct the production operations in an efficient manner, for a new 2nd production line
? Planning and scheduling production activities and supervising the production process.
? Manage and develop shift supervisors and workers
? Maintain and improve productivity, decreasing unit costs
? Insure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are maintained
? Maintain and improve Environmental, Health, and Safety performance
? Insure manufacturing colleagues are fully trained and motivated
? Identify Capital Improvements that will improve Operations performance
? Insure Production targets are satisfied to insure Customer Service

Bachelor degree in engineering or food production, etc
? Minimum 5 years working experience in production, ideally in Food/Diary/Beverage production
? Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing skills.
? Ability to motivate co-workers, colleagues and others.
? Patient and self-confidence.
? Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner.
? Performing tasks given timorously and effectively
