岗位职责：
1.负责制定、组织实施和完成大客户年度目标和任务。
2.负责大客户的开发和关系维护工作，与目标大客户建立良好的业务关系，挖掘大客户的需求，高效灵活的完成销售任务。
3.参与市场调研，为公司和部门针对性的策略制定反馈和提供建设性意见。
4.负责建立大客户信息档案和管理工作，协助安装、客服等部门及时有效为大客户提供高品质服务。
5.对经销商大客户团队、本部门员工进行有针对性的指导、培训和交流，提高其业务能力和服务水平。

1.为人诚恳热情，有工作激情，有责任心，形象好。
2.有建材高端品牌销售经验，有正在操作的项目者优先。
