1. 计算机或相关专业本科毕业以上
2. 3年以上相关技术的工作经验（或相当）
3. 精通C/C++和C#编程语言，熟悉MFC和.Net Framework
4. 深入理解面向对象的编程思想，良好运用设计模式
5. 有WPF，Silverlight，WCF或Linux开发经验者优先
6. 良好的沟通能力和英语读写能力

Job responsibility
--Design and develop software products under the guide of team leader.
--Assist in the design of new/revised software products by studying existing systems, analyzing user requirements and specifying new/enhanced system components, and writing/amending programs according to specifications.
--Understand project requirements, participate in architectural design.
--Solve critical technical problems.



Qualification
1. Skills Essential to the Job
--Skilled in C, C++ and C#.
--Be familiar with MFC，.Net Framework.
--Expert Knowledge in OOP technology.
--Experience with WPF，Silverlight，WCF or Linux development will be preferred.
2. Educational and professional qualification
-- BS or above in Computer Science or related field.
-- Good Communication skills in both English and Chinese (Verbal and Written).
3. Experience
At least 3+ years experience in related software development field.
