Job Description 岗位职责：
1. Ensure the exhaust system, computery, refrigerate tower, refrigeratory working in a good condition; replacing the blowers, FCU, AHU, filter nets periodic.
确保酒店排风系统，机房主机系统，冷却塔系统，冷库系统正常运行，在此前提下尽量降低成本与能耗；定时更换风机，FCU，AHU，过滤网
2. Obey the rules for the staff; do work according to arrangement by
Supervisor.
遵守员工手册中的各项规章制度，听从指令服从工作安排。
3. Plumber on duty should make full preparation, when receive the maintenance order, take action quickly and report to captain or supervisor after done.
当班维修工要随时清点好个人工具，接到工程任务或维修单后，立即赶到现场尽快完成，并随后汇报主管或领班。

Qualifications 任职资格：

1. More than two year experience of hotel in the same position
两年以上星级国际酒店同岗位工作经验
2. Excellent swimming skills to master, there are air conditioner certifications preferred.
掌握优秀的空调维修技能，有空调维修证书者优先考虑
3. Good sense of customer service.
