Liden & Denz, an International school of Russian as a Foreign language with campuses in St.Petersburg, Moscow and Irkutsk is looking for a Chinese-native Russian-speaking staff member to work on development of its brand-recognition, partner agents network and direct sales in China. We are a premium provider with high-end prices targeted at wealthy clients with either business or general cultural interest in the Russian language. Scheme of work: remotely from China with regular business trips to Russia.

Requirements:

B1 Russian

Good writing skills in Mandarin

Previous work experience in the spheres of marketing or sales

Digital marketing skills (and good knowledge of Chinese web promotion principles - technical and operational)

The project will start from market analysis and creation of a working Sales funnel for the Chinese market, establishment of marketing communication channels (Chinese version of a selling website, WeChat, etc), search of potential partnerships among Chinese Educational agents and corporate clients, creation of a suitable portfolio, running sales seminars for agents and assistance with counselling their client’s as well as work with direct client’s leads (via chats, emails, phone calls, direct meetings, etc).

Salary - from 8 000 CNY with extra bonuses after achieving sales thresholds.

Location - Beijing and Shanghai (to start with)

该职位主要通过对市场情况的分析，建立与之匹配的中国市场销售渠道，寻找中国教育代理商和企业客户之间潜在的合作伙伴，创建合适的投资项目，为客户举办销售研讨会，并通过现场聊天、电子邮件、电话等渠道为客户提供咨询服务。
