Job Purpose

This individual will work to improve China BIS EHT project funnel and achieve financial growth by defining project opportunities and specifying Raychem products in the projects, build and strengthen relationship with plumbing system designers and support BIS EHT sales to improve project win rate. The sales support representative will work with field sales team, technical service team and marketing team to increase project/sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work with Sales Leader to develop short term and long term strategy aimed to achieve financial growth though project funnel extension, hit rate improvement in spec-in work

2. Build and strengthen relationship with plumbing system designers, focus on North China, especially Beijing area and North East China region, where are key Winter Safety markets

3. Conduct seminars regularly to designers, present Raychem EHT products, enhance Raychem image to designers, especially to those who are Raychem's“Fans”

4. Maintain regular visiting to designing companies and consultant companies

5. Collect the project leades from designing companies, sort out them and identify those which are the company targets

6. Work with technical service team to specify Raychem into the project opportunities

7. Develop project funnels and have regular review with field sales and Sales Leaders

8. Identify, position against, and securing project opportunities, work with field sales, technical service team.

9. Work with marketing team and sales team on marketing intelligence development

Qualification

1. At least 3 years working experience in electrical design or plumbing system design;
2. Experience in designing company or consultant company is preferred.
3. Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical or equivalent fields
4. Good command of spoken and written English for communication and business report.
5. Can use wide variety of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT)
6. Good at AutoCAD
7. Holds Engineering Certificate is a plus.
