职位描述

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients

  • Develop broad sales, bid and marketing strategies aligned with global and regional initiatives

  • Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs

  • Communicate sales or services opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions

  • Understand and communicate customers’ needs, providing reactive and proactive customer support with clear, defined and documented follow up plans

  • Customer visits, client office based support and intercompany travel throughout area as and when required

  • Initiate sales process with potential new clients

  • Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively

  • Maintain records of customer communications and contact information as required

  • Making technical presentations as required by the projects

  • Work with customer support and engineering group in order to prepare a bid proposal or technical solutions to the customer’s needs

  • Prepare responses to Request for Proposal and Request for Information, attending and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

  • Run CFER and PODS Simulation for preparing pump design proposal to customers

  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies

  • Submit a variety of sales reports, including, monthly, quarterly reports and annual sales plan

  • Ensure that customer service levels are optimized at all times.

  • Maintain close communication with the service team group and get them up to speed on the projects that are worked on, in order to ensure readiness of providing support whenever is required by the project

  • Be fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times

  • Identify and provide assistance with product sourcing support for accessory buyout items.

  • Perform such other duties, relevant to the position, as may be necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree education in an Engineering

  • 5 years’ experience in ALS O&G Industry Sales or service in China

  • Hands-on experience in preparing bid/tender proposal for O&G Companies in China

  • Ability to work independently

  • Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
