Responsibilities

The purpose of this job is to

• 对门禁,视频监控项目提供专业的技术支持，能够在项目上提供给销售部门准确的方案建议。

  Provide professional technical support in CCTV, ACS project, Help sales team to prepare the system design and proposal with good quality and accuracy.

• 在项目中能够为集成商或者软件供应商伙伴提供技术支持，包括协助管理维修流程，协助准备项目投标书以及解答项目现场的技术问题。

  Work together with the system integrator or software development partner during the project sales process ,include managing the RMA process, supporting sales organization in tender and answering project related questions from the SI.

• 配合销售在项目中给业主提供产品和系统的演示

  Support the sales organization to influence project with product demonstrations and pilot installations

• 为集成商，代理商伙伴以及客户提供专业的培训,从而使他们更加熟悉博世的产品组合。Provide internal and external technical training to the system integrator, BSCP and customer to increase their knowledge of Bosch portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree

• 3-5 Years proven？ experience from CCTV business in project

• Proven experience in post-sales within IT channel, preferred with the ability to work efficiently in networking design

• Excellent IP-based technologies knowledge and familiar with VMS software and hardware .Ability to provide effective presentation to all levels of people.

• Attained industrial certification from CISCO or H3C ,Microsoft, VMware

• Basic English is a must.

• Other requirements: can work efficient under pressure, initiative, customer-oriented, responsible, team spirit
