岗位描述：
1、负责公司产品售前、售后的咨询及技术方面问题的解答；
2、负责相关产品的客户应用咨询及应用投诉处理；
3、管理和更新产品说明书；
4、协助实验员完成实验操作，负责自产产品SOP流程的编写和修改；
5、负责相关产品的目录、技术应用资料和宣传页的编写；
6、负责对销售人员及客户提供技术培训、技术帮助与建议。

职位要求：
1、生物学相关硕士及以上学历，有生化试剂行业工作经验者优先；
2、熟练掌握分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学等相关理论及实验技能；
3、严谨的学术精神及强烈的学习意愿；
4、较好的文字功底，能够整理和管理各类技术资料；
5、反应灵活，具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力；遇到突发事件能正确应对处理；
6、熟练的英语听说读写能力，熟练查阅国内外文献资料，CET-6级以上；
7、一经录用，待遇从优。

Brief Introduction
Founded in 2004, Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise, committed to providing high quality products and services for our loyal customers.
