Responsibility：
● Design and develop new software projects, features, and platforms

● Build and improve Open Source Python components

● Discover and troubleshoot issues with the existing architecture and code

● Work with developers and designers, with product managers for product and application innovation

● Polish and improve our existing systems

● Strengthen or improve development and release processes within the team

Requirements：

● Have 3+ years of experience in back-end web development?

● Want to build the future of O2O Talent Sourcing solutions in Asia at a company focused on innovation and technology?

● Are you an innovative and talented full stack developer?

● Believe in shipping quality code early and often?

Skills：

● Solid web application development experience in Python and PostgreSQL using frameworks such as Django, Flask or Pyramid

● CS skills with strong exposure to data structures, great understanding of software design principles and OOP

● Distributed version control internals (Git, Mercurial)

● Broad but non-trivial knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and NewSQL technologies

● Operating systems internals (POSIX UNIX)

Bonus points：

● Knowledge of front-end technologies including Javascript, CSS and HTML5

● You have worked on very large internet applications and were instrumentally involved with the scaling and performance challenges

● Agile development methodologies like Kanban and Scrum

● Prior experience with Django or SQLAlchemy like ORMs

● Database design and SQL query optimization experience

● Self-managed, high-energy, passionate, positive individual

● Love working in a fast paced environment

● Meticulous, detail oriented and take pride in project ownership
