Position: Policies & Regulations Organization Department

Your Responsibilities:

• Support on VW Group Policies implementation (interface with the Business Units, setting up review rounds, communication with the HQ)

• Assistance in roll out of VW Group Policies for region China (interface with VW entities, Joint Ventures & brands, steering & controlling the implementation status, ect.)

• Support on design and update of company policies for Volkswagen China Investment Company (interface with Business Units, policies draft analysis, coordination of approval process, policy communication, etc.)

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master student

• Language skills: Excellent English skills, German desired, but not required

• Proficient in Microsoft office software (word, PPT, excel)

• Responsbility, accuracy, communication and negotiation skills

• Chinese native
