1、负责软装设计方案的制定、客户合同签订与客户方案最终实施；

2、根据客户需求制定设计方案，准确把握客户心理需求，确定客户意向，再细化方案，并向客户完整的阐述设计理念（包括色彩 企划、色彩说明、风格定位、设计说明、平面整体规划图、局部具体家居配饰规划）；

3、利用各种渠道资源挖掘意向客户，完成每月的销售计划；

4、负责客户售后服务及各部门协调沟通配合的工作；

5、负责收集、整理软装资讯及素材；

6、负责公司展厅摆场及日常维护工作；

7、负责办公区域的卫生工作，保持干净整洁；

8、维护团队形象，不断加强专业知识水平，提高个人综合素质；

9、完成上级主管交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、室内设计、装饰、环艺、美术等相关专业，有较强的空间美学概念；

2、 熟悉CAD、Coreldraw/Photoshop、3D等设计软件和Office办公软件的操作，对室内软装设计有独特的见解，对色彩的搭配和应用有敏锐的眼光；

3、 了解各种装饰风格及各类艺术手法与工艺；有丰富的配饰选配和陈列工作经验，能掌握设计格调；熟悉常规家具尺寸，熟悉各种家具风格，熟悉室内设计软装配饰流程；

4、 能熟练操作多种风格的软装项目，从方案制作到最终的摆放协调，都具相当的实战能力；

5、 有团队合作精神，有责任心，主动积极，做事认真细心；

6、 能主动自发学习，提升自身能力；7，有在意大利、美国、法国留学回来的港澳同胞或者是意、法、美人优先入取。
