Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd. is located in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA). The company covers an area of 64,598 square meters. It currently has 800 employees, devoted to providing travel, swing and winch gear boxes, hydraulic pump and motor, valve and compact hydraulics together with other services to customers in mobile application. Our organization is concentrated to R&D, manufacturing, logistics and commercial functions. Job Description

- Design and Development of electronic hydraulic and mechatronic components for mobile machinery
- Support of the sales department in order to fulfill technical requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
- Cooperation with other departments (purchasing and manufacturing) during simultaneous development process and production preparation
- Technical collaboration with the lead plants in Europe
- Management of development project teams with respect to timeline, cost and quality targets

Qualifications

- Master (also German Diploma) or PhD degree in mechanics
- Native language Chinese with fluent English
- Experience in specification and design of electronic hydraulic or mechatronic components
- Experience in system engineering process (specification, development and qualification of a variety of individual components working together in a functional system)
- Experience with 3D design tools (Pro/Engineer, Catia or Solid Works)
- Experience with managing development teams
- Team work spirit and initiative

Additional Information

This position requires the knowledge of mechanical and electrical control design for hydraulic components. English is mandatory.
