Roles and responsibilities:

- Responsible for recruitment, talent management proactively to meet the business strategy

- Work closely with the dept. managers to meet their hiring needs and ensure efficiency of the recruitment

- To provide consultative and operational support to line managers on HR matters including HR policies and procedures, performance management, etc.

- As an HR Business Partner to provide HR operational services to employees

- Enhance the communication channel with staff, observe and handle ER case at first hand

- Keep in good communication with all other departments and lead HR team to achieve and meet assigned HR goals and objectives

- To participate in ad hoc HR projects and new initiatives

- Other duties as assigned

(This position is based in Shanghai.)

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above

- Minimum 3-5 years’ solid HR experience

- Exposure to retail industry, especially in new store opening, will definitely be an advantage

- Good managerial skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
