具有BET、Porosimetry、SEM、AFM、DSC、TGA、粒度仪、XPS或接触角经验者预先
 
 
适应快节奏紧张的工作环境

Application & Technical Support Engineer/Scientist
 
Company Introduction
Surface Measurement Systems develops advanced instrumentation for physico-chemical characterisation of particulate materials. We are the world leaders in Dynamic Vapor Sorption and Inverse Gas Chromatography instrumentation and solutions, providing professional world-class scientific and technical support for our international customers. By carefully measuring and analysing the physio-chemical interaction of vapors with solid samples such as powders, fibres and films we can solve many problems in research and development, such as stability studies, drying performance, and surface properties, relevant to both manufacturing and product development.
 
Our range of characterization instruments and scientific/engineering techniques has helped solve difficult problems in the pharmaceuticals, biomaterials, polymers catalysts, chemical, cosmetics and food industries, and are used by hundreds of leading laboratories and universities throughout the world. We are looking for a young and enthusiastic engineer or scientist to strengthen our team in China to support this growing market for our products. Extensive training on Surface Measurement Systems instruments will be provided in London.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Provide scientific training for users of Surface Measurement Systems instruments
 
Perform instrument installations and some technical support
 
Support scientifically the local Service and Sales team
 
Communicate with customers regarding methodologies, applications and product use
 
Conduct seminars, instrument demonstrations and test customer samples
 
Present oral presentations and posters at scientific conferences and workshops
 
Liaise with Surface Measurement Systems staff in London the needs of customers in China.
 
Requirement：
At least one years work experience
 
Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Physical Chemistry, Material Science or similar field.
 
Knowledge of surface science, particle characterization or materials characterization preferred
 
Knowledge of techniques such as BET, porosimetry, SEM, AFM, DSC, TGA, particle sizing, XPS or contact angle is helpful
 
Ability to work in a fast paced, interdisciplinary environment
 
Good English and computer operation skills
 
Significant travel will be required- at least 30% of
