Job Description:

• Responsible for legal due diligence on distressed assets, including loan files reviewing, legal risk analysis and on-site visit, etc.;

• Responsible for distressed assets servicing, including settlement negotiation with debtors, filing litigation and applying for court enforcement, etc.;

• Responsible for communicating with outside lawyers, drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts and legal documents;

• Other work on an ad hoc basis.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law; passing national judicial examination is a must; good command of contract law, property law, company law, bankruptcy law, civil procedure law, etc..

• Minimum three years of work experience as in-house counsel or attorney-at -law. Rich experience in litigation and enforcement is highly preferred;

• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, etc.;

• Team work player and able to travel frequently.

职位描述：

1、负责不良资产投资的法律尽职调查，包括审阅债权档案，分析法律风险和实地调查等工作；

2、负责不良债权清收服务，包括与债务人谈判、提起诉讼、申请执行等工作；

3、负责与外部律师的协调与沟通, 起草和审查各种商务合同和法律文件;

4、完成公司临时安排的其他工作任务。

基本要求：

1、法学本科及以上学历，必须通过司法考试；精通公司法、合同法、物权法、破产法、民事诉讼法等法律法规；

2、至少三年公司法务或律师的工作经验。有诉讼经验者优先；

3、可以熟练使用OFFICE办公软件如: WORD, EXCEL 等；

4、良好的团队精神和工作态度；能够适应频繁出差。
