General Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

* Responsible for day-to-day management and oversee relevant programs of projects / business areas

* 负责项目的日常管理和监督项目/其他商务工作；

* Ability to write effective, compelling project briefs, presentations and proposals

* 优秀的文案能力，出色的方案制作和提案能力；

* Monitor all aspects of project in development including proposal, budget and schedule development and delivery

* 监控项目在开发的各个方面包括方案制作,预算把控和进度管理和项目交付；

* Proven track record in successful management and delivery of projects that reflects the brief and meets client/brand objectives

* 以客户的项目或品牌需求，为客户提供成功的项目管理和完美的执行；

* Able to manage and lead small to mid-scale projects with valued from RMB 2 million and above

* 能够管理和领导200万人民币左右的中小型项目；

* Strong and efficient communication with clients to make sure requirements are fulfilled

* 精准高效的沟通能力，确保满足客户的需求；

* Demonstrate financial responsibility through effective proposal costing, budget development and management, and timely billing reconciliations

* 对项目成本进行强有力的把控，前期准确的预算规划，成本控制管理，以及及时准确的项目结算；

* Confident in leading teams to plan and execute projects

* 有信心带领团队进行项目规划和执行；

* Good communicator who is able to work well with multidisciplinary teams

* 与公司其他部门进行高效的协作及沟通；

* Coaching and supporting junior and managers to increase their skills and knowledge

* 指导和支持团队成员提高他们的技能和知识

Requirements &Qualifications:

任职需求：

* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in events, auto-shows, test-drives，roadshow，conference

* 3年以上项目管理经验，包括车展，试驾、路演巡展、会议等

* Able to handle project independently (event planning, budgeting)

* 能够独立完成项目各类工作（方案、规划、预算等）

* Strong organization & team management skills

* 有效的组织管理团队能力；

* Strong communication skills

* 高效的沟通能力；

* Good command of Office software （good English ability is preferred）

* 熟练使用各类办公软件（良好的英语能力者优先）

* Can work under pressure

* 良好的抗压能力；

* Self-motivated, passionate for the work

* 对工作热情，有上进心；
