1、广告上线前相关工作的准备，包括投放产品分析，竞品调研，主要受众群体分析，广告文案的撰写与修正，广告图片的创意设计等工作；

2、制定广告投放策略，精准定位人群，创建广告；

3、数据分析、优化：根据广告投放效果进行数据分析，优化原有广告，提高CTR，优化CPI； 

4.及时与客户沟通，解答客户问题，确保项目良好运行； 

5、撰写数据报告并及时向客户反馈； 

6、客情关系维系，确保客户满意度； 

7、协助部门同事完成部门其他工作；

岗位职责

1、熟悉使用电脑以及办公软件；有网络客户维护经验优先

2、对客服工作有较好的适应能力，具备客服管理扎实的工作基础；

3、有良好的沟通、协调合作团队的能力，责任心强；细心敬业；

4、认同公司企业文化，有良好的职业操守，严格遵守国家法律法规，执行企业各种规章制度
