Job Responsibilities:

• Orders follow up
• Price/terms negotiation with suppliers
• Draft offer/Contract terms
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance team for quality control
• Coordinate with logistic team for delivery control
• Factory evaluation and day to day communications.
• Liaise with suppliers and account managers
• Search & pre-qualify potential suppliers

Requirements:

• College degree or above, international trade major is priority
• More than 5 years working experiences, at least 3 years experiences in purchasing consumer goods from China for export s.
• Must have solid experience dealing with factories, purchasing, familiar with entire purchasing process, developing of collections etc.
• Experience in packaging products (paper, nonwoven, pp laminated bag and so on) is preferable.
• Good working knowledge of Excel & Word, email
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Detail focusing, patient, methodic, team working spirit, independent.
• Honesty, and responsibility
• Ready to work with us LONG TERM, for many years.
