Job Description
? Evaluating Credit levels for new established customer account
? Customer master file maintenance to ensure correct information for customer group, contact, credit limit, terms, etc. are properly updated timely

? Regularly review and update the credit limit and credit term in system

2. Credit Control
? Implement Credit Control Policies

? Proactive involvement for order/contract review from credit point of view

? Monitor credit status of all external trade debtors

? Provide aging reports and status update to Sales and FC/FM on weekly basis

? Conduct aging review with responsible sales personnel and work out action plan

? Credit hold status changes in system with appropriate approval

? Taking actions, include liaise with customers for collection according to weekly review

? Closely interactive with sales personnel in collection process

? Send statement and follow up on confirmation on regular basis

? Provide supporting documents with accounts history, invoices, etc. to Sales or Law firm/Agents for facilitating collections activities

? Participant bi-weekly credit meeting with GM, sales director and FC. Provide update on status and following up

? Assist to any legal cases on overdue debtors

? Coordinate with any 3rd parties collection services

3. Reporting
? Weekly reports to FC and Corporates for aging and action status

? Weekly collection forecast and actual achievement

? Analysis on aging by customers, region, sales, groups, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in major of Finance or Commercial

? Min. 3 years' experience in multinational companies to manage debtors from domestic customers or dealers

? Excellent communication skills with both internal and external parties

? Robust computer skills for analyzing data

? Fluent English read/write capabilities
