Knowledge, skills and experience required

Educational Background：Preferably Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

Professional Experience :

1. Three years’work experience

2. Experience with various marketing agencies strongly preferred

3. Experience working in multi-cultural MNC companies desired.

Skills:

1. Good technique understanding and can pick up new tools quickly

2. Good MS skills

3. Excellent English verbal and writing skills

4. Basic knowledge of SEO/SMO/SEM

5. Basic knowledge of social media management

6. Basic knowledge with content management systems

7. Proven ability to work independently and communicate with various levels of internal and external parties.

Key-result areas (major accountabilities – what is done and for what purpose)

1. Maintain and develop the HERTZ websites utilizing the content management system

2. Assist team with ads copy and e-blast content creation for a variety of projects

3. Work with agencies on digital marketing programs

4. Assist in organizing digital resources for campaigns

5. Assist in analysis of all digital marketing efforts, including: SEO performance, SEM performance, website conversions, and social media impact etc.

6. Work with IT department to troubleshoot potential problems with website

7. Understand the digital marketing trends and provide analysis and insights.

8. Provide clear estimation of campaign ROIs, and suggest on actions accordingly.

9. Prepare and improve the digital assets including but not limited to the company intro, presentation slides, image library, and FAQ content.
