This Managing Consultant is expected to be working with our team based in Silicon Valley and Beijing to engage with clients in high tech industry. You will be working with a small team with an open culture to speak with potential clients who have recruiting needs globally.

As Managing Consultant, your responsibilities include:

• Developing and growing our client base: Use your proven business development and/or technical background to develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full time recruiting or executive search solutions
• Facilitating and leading key initiatives and projects with recruiting team, stakeholders and hiring partners
• Building and optimizing recruiting team, providing mentorship, guidance and career development to our recruiting team members
• Responsible for solidifying GCP’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
• Compiling & analyzing data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
• Defining, designing and implementing recruiting programs for a variety of Business positions. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience working in the recruiting industry, especially in staffing agency.
• Successful candidates will have excellent business development, recruiting, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
• Demonstrated track record of building relationships with leaders.
• Fluent Chinese and English language skills are necessary.

Preferred:

• Previous working experience in a talent search / executive search firm.
• Be interested in / familiar with Internet companies and ecosystem in China as well as globally
