1. Work independently on VAT vacuum valves installation, troubleshooting, problem solving, maintenance and repairing on site/internal workshop. 在维修中心及客户现场执行VAT真空阀门的安装，故障排除，维护保养。

2. Responds to customer calls; analyzes, and troubleshoots problems via phone, remote session or at customer site. 远程及现场对客户问题进行分析，故障排除。

3. Keep good communication with customers at various levels (tool engineers, section managers etc.) 与不同级别客户保持良好的沟通；

4. Ability to support customer for urgent request in weekend and holiday. 能够在周末及节假日对客户进行紧急支持；

5. Provide technical problem solving and roots cause analysis report. 为客户提供技术解决方案及问题分析报告；

6. Technical support for customer and sales in field. 在客户现场提供技术支持并提供销售；

7. Assessing customers’ needs and advice the customers with regards to spare parts, preventive maintenance and retrofit possibilities. 确认客户需求，为客户指定配件、保养，升级改造方案。

8. Special projects and other duties as assigned. 其他被安排的工作。

任职资格：

1. Bachelor or higher, majored in Mechanical/Electronics/Vacuum or other technical related field机械、电子、真空相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. More than 2 years of vacuum equipment or related equipment service experience 2年以上真空设备服务经验；

3. Good skills in both spoken and written English良好的英语读写能力

4. Good PC software and hardware skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. 良好的计算机软硬件使用经验；

5. Excellent communication skills and customer oriented良好的人际沟通能力；

6. Self-driven, good sense of responsibility and ownership, good work attitude and team work spirit. 自励，当责，具有良好的工作态度和团队合作精神；

7. Willing to travel frequently 愿意频繁出差
