Essential Functions:

基本职责:

® Provides consultation and intervention regarding behavior management, effective education and assessment of behavioral needs of students with and without disabilities就行为管理方面提供咨询和建议，并为所有学生提供有效的行为管理方面的教育和评估。

® Consult and assist teachers in providing interventions that can be used in the classrooms and playtime with students帮助老师提供可在课堂上使用的方法，或者和幼儿做游戏时的建议。

® Possesses the ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans. 具备行为评估和设计，执行和跟进行为改善计划的能力。

® Provide on going consultation to staff who work with students who exhibit behavioral difficulties当班级学生出现问题行为时，为老师提供咨询。

® Effectively communicate and collaborate with school staff and families to improve communicative, social, academic and behavioral outcomes for all students. 与老师和家长进行有效地沟通和合作，以提高所有学生的沟通和社交能力，学习和行为管理能力。

® Understands the Peoples Republic of China regulations relative to behavioral requirements and students with disabilities. 了解中华人民共和国有关行为要求和问题学生的规定。

® Meet with parents to provide management techniques and information on specific student needs为有特殊需求的学生家长提供相关行为管理方法和信息。

® Provides social skill lessons, workshops and materials to staff, and parents为员工和家长提供社交技能方面的材料和培训。

® Participate in, coordinate and conduct activities that contribute to the effective operation of the student support services at BIBA; 参与，协调和开展有助于支持学生的活动;

® Refer children with problems and their parents to special programs, specialists and outside agencies: consult and coordinate with in-school and community-based specialists, such as school administrators, nurses etc. 为需要帮助的孩子和家庭提供特别方案，专家和校外机构：与校内和社区专家，如学校行政人员，护士等进行协商和协调。

® Assist admissions department with student entrance and acceptance assessment’s协助招生部门进行学生入学和录取评估。

Beijing International Bilingual Academy (BIBA) was founded in 2006 by a group of passionate educators with a mission to develop students with bilingual capability and is well versed in both Eastern and Western culture. As such, our goal is to offer high quality bilingual education that finds its root in Chinese culture and heritage. Our goal is to prepare our students for attending high quality overseas universities after they graduate from BIBA.
BIBA is one of the fastest growing international schools in Beijing. We have over a thousand students coming from 30 different countries. 自驾：沿五环/S50进入京承高速，从火沙路/天通苑/后沙峪出口驶出，右转进入火沙路，从罗马环岛的第2个出口驶出，向前800米左转100米即到。
