Requirements of this position are:

• 5 years’ experience working with booth layout designs, preparation of packing list for events, invoicing tradeshow services, ordering of show services, and acquiring quotes for new exhibitory
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet constant deadlines
• Consistent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
• Computer Literate, Expertise on Microsoft Office products, Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus
• Bachelor degree preferred

The position duties include (but are not limited to):

• Location: Shanghai
• Allot the work to the qualified contractor
• Organize and utilize the work force, equipment and construction materials
• Prepare all Paperwork, Permits and Licenses required for the show

• Coordinate and manage the work flow of exhibit structure set-up, staging, packing and shipping

• Have the sound knowledge of safety measures and precautions.
• Some travel required, domestic and international
