Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the purchasing of production materials in the stage of a new product development project (NEP/CP), so that the costs and the supply chain for the production in both plants (Jinan & Shanghai) is optimized

2. Responsible for the alignment with global/local supplier strategies and in doing so, contribution to the development/consolidation of the supplier base in accordance with the overall purchasing needs of two plants, so that the purchasing volumes are bundled respectively; purchasing prices and payment conditions are optimized for Festo

3. Support both plants and the NEP/CP project teams by means of fast solution of the quality, delivery or performance problems of suppliers, so that the delivery reliability, quality and cost targets of the NEP/CP projects are fulfilled

Requirements:

1. At least Technical Bachelor degree (electronic related major)

2. Above 3 years purchasing experience in electronic/automation industry

3. CET-4 English, fluent in both oral and written English

4. Skilled MS office and ERP system
