平面设计师

职位概要：

公司主营业务面向跨国企业，机构及各五星级酒店。平面设计师在排版方面需具有扎实的功底，设计方面需较强的审美能力和创意能力。在工作中，良好的色彩感悟力、较强的洞察能力、分析能力和团队沟通能力都将成为更好完成作品的推力。我们的团队更着眼于一份对工作的严谨态度和责任心、优秀的自律性以及良好的专业素质和团队精神；同时希冀每一位设计师能承受一定的工作压力，独立完成本职工作。

任职要求（*必备）：

1. 从事一年以上平面设计相关工作经验*；三年以上平面设计经验者优先考虑；

2. 平面设计/艺术/美术或相关专业*；

3. 大专或以上学历*（经验丰富者酌情而定）；

4. 使用苹果电脑设计软件办公，熟悉熟练使用Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign*； 需了解CorelDraw和基本应用；

5. 具备完整的易拉宝，包装，折页，展板，手册，VI形象设计活动相关经验*；此项和任职要求1可做互补；

6. 具有基本的英文基础（全国英语等级考试2级/高中优秀标准）以便更好的完成工作*；

7. 有五星级酒店设计经验或英语四级者优先；

8. 熟悉印刷、喷绘等后期工艺流程者优先。

岗位职责：

1. 根据客户意图构思设计创意方案，理解客户所需所想，通过设身处地，换位思考等方式结合设计经验保证设计作品高效，优质的完成；

2. 负责平面创意和设计工作，跟进分配任务的设计进度；

3. 负责平面文件制作，设计理念文字阐述，设计提案文件；

4. 负责客户品牌/产品形象设计及活动的实施；

5. 负责各类宣传品设计及制作（易拉宝、折页、宣传册、包装、VI、国际会议展览展示设计等）。

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Brief Introduction/description:

Hi-Target's main business partners are multinational enterprises, institutions and five-star hotels. Our graphic designers should be familiar with layout designs, and pretty good understanding and strong aesthetic ideas/visions for creative designs as well. Design ability, creativity, perception of color, perspicacity, communicate with teammates (teamwork), and can analyze projects in detail would be your valuable qualities for finishing the work for achieving a best. Our team focus on individuals' working attitudes and responsibilities and hoping our colleagues could finish their work independently and efficiently based on their professionality, and be able to handle pressures and be responsible for their products and achievements as well.

Professional requirements (* means MUST):

1. 1 years or above relative working experience is required*; 3 years or above graphic design experiences is preferred;

2. Major related to Graphic design, Art, Painting etc. *;

3. Associate degree or above is needed*(varies according to working experience);

4. All applicants should be proficient in design related software-- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. by using MAC system*; CorelDraw might be needed but not as a must (basic CorelDraw knowledge is necessary);

5. Have experiences with poster, flyer, folder, brochure, package, VI, boards etc. *; and this will be a plus for professional requirement 1 which we will combine 1 and 5 for considerations;

6. Basic Public English skill (PETS2-High School English Rating System) for reading and understanding is required for design preparations*;

7. Five-star hotel design experiences or CET4 (College English Test Band 4) is preferred but not as a must;

8. Familiar with post printing processes is a plus.

Job duties:

1. Meditate on the guide for following design work based on our clients' intention and ideas; having a very good understanding for customers' needs according to the perspective-taking and providing your best designs based on your skill and profession;

2. Responsible for graphic creation and design work, follow up the design progress of any assigned tasks;

3. Responsible for producing and organizing graphic documents, describing design concepts, and writing a brief proposal if needed;

4. Maintain our customer brands; and can create creative designs in order to adapt market needs;

5. Design and produce promotional products (ex. poster, flyer, brochure, package, VI, exhibition design etc.)
