Job Responsibilities:

- To deliver GPS software implementation solutions / assets for each customer demand. The employee will be involved into different phases of the projects according to his/her skills, such as business requirement analysis, architecture design, micro design, leading development and performance tuning, etc..

- Overall technical responsibility for the success of GPS solutions/assets related solution construction, implementation and system integration in a technology, industry or business specialty.

- Delivering new and complex high quality projects to clients in response to varying business requirements.

- Utilizing in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with business skills to influence clients

- As IT Architect, Leading team to design and develop GPS solutions/assets, customer engagement and consulting

- Resolve critical technical and non-technical problems to archive the project goal, also improving the development efficiency by adopting new methods.

- Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across GPS teams to build mutual trust relationship.

Required]:

- BS in Computer Science with 12+ years of relevant experience, Or MS with 10+ years of relevant experience,

- For 3+ years IT Architect Experience with deep knowledge for application development;

- Rich project experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale Java EE web applications

- Solid knowledge of Java technology including but not limited to EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Web Services

- Be familiar with popular web development frameworks and tools, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate.

- Solid knowledge on Database application development

- Solid knowledge on IBM products, such as WebSphere, DB2, is a plus

- Strong leadership skills

- Good communication skills in both mandarin and English
