Responsibily：
1. Participate in national and international projects
Define the technical framework and guidelines for internal audits and deploy them in the Bureau Veritas network
2. Technical support to network
Answer and solve the technical questions than can not be handled by the technicians on site and serve as an advisor to the BV network in his field of specialism
Deliver technical support to the BV network and train the BV specialists and technical manager (Required by more experienced Technical Manager)
Represent the organization internally and externally as the BV technical ambassador in his field of specialization
3. Information exchange and know-how and skills
Provide information in the BV network concerning technical guidelines technical norms and techniques for this area of specialization
Make sure that, based on the questions of customers or customer complaints, the departments involved are informed of how to answer and act which has to influence the number of interventions in a positive way
4. Develop training programs
educate the staff involved and make sure that the technical kow-how is state of the art
Participate in the yearly(required by more experienced Technical Manager)/Generally regulated/quarter technical review of the department he is in charge of

Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level I the Technical Engineering required
2. Working experience: A minimum of 8 years’ experience in specialty, at least 1 year’s product or technical management experience required
3. Thorough knowledge of general principles and theories in a professional field demonstrated by significant accomplishments and contributions
4. Good oral and written English skills and local language skills
5. Good PC skills
