岗位职责：
1、以邮件电话方式负责解答日常续保业务；
2、对于客户的续保流程咨询予以解答，检查客户续保材料，并及时告知是否缺失；
3、负责与国内外保险公司续保部联系相关后续续保工作；
4、其他相关事宜。

任职要求：
1、工作细致认真，责任心强，良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神；
2、具有良好的服务意识与管理能力；
3、普通话标准，熟练使用各类办公软件；
4、英语听说读写良好,保险相关专业优先。
