岗位职责：

-Working closely with operation team to support Store General Manager on store recruitment (Shift leader level and below) to ensure all vacancies are timely filled;

-Assist in preparation for new store openings especially on recruitment to ensure new stores are smoothly opened;

- Build applicants pool and channels for store level positions by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media and internet sites; providing organization information, job opportunities and maintaining good relationship with them;

- Proactively use different social medias and channels to promote store recruiting efforts, develop communication products to attract store job applicants;

- Analyze effectiveness of recruitment efforts, with the help of data analysis, and submit reports and recommendations on regular basis;

- To work out quarterly/yearly store recruitment plans based on business development;

- Provide consulting services / advices to Store General Managers to facilitate their recruitment requirements;

- Regularly review store HC to ensure store manpower meet operation needs while labor cost meets company standards;

-Support on other HR programs if any;

-Other reasonable tasks assigned by HR Manager.

经验和能力：（连锁餐饮及快消零售行业的应聘者将被优先考虑）

- 3+ years of recruiting experience. QSR/retail/consumer industry background would be preferred. Other generalist HR experience is a plus;

- Be familiar with labor law, labor regulations and relevant HR knowledge;

-Have passion on Food&Beverage industry, willing to work with operation colleagues;

-Good communication/customer service skills, be able to comfortably interface with all levels within operation team and stores;

- Reliable, proactive, result-oriented as well as attention to details;

- Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task;

- with the ability and motivation to analyze existing practices for improvement;

- Good operation skills of MS office.
