岗位职责：
1. Collect market information, analyze market development trend, and provide market plan. 收集市场信息，分析市场动向和发展趋势,提出方案和措施
2. Work out sales plan, develop and accelerate new business to achieve KPI target. 制定销售计划,开发和推动新业务增长以实现预定目标
3. Collect and build clients’ profile, set up and complete clients’ portfolio. 收集、整理、归纳客户资料，建立并完善潜在客户信息档案
4. Record sales activities and review with Manager. 记录销售活动并与经理讨论
5. Maintain frequent client contact ratio to drive successful level of renewals. 保持与客户的联系频率以推进成功续保
6. Perform ad hoc project assigned by supervisor. 完成上级指派的特别任务

岗位需求：
1. Bachelor degree or above. 大学本科及以上学历
2. Relevant work experience related to sales/business development, insurance company is preferred. 销售/业务拓展相关岗位工作经验，保险公司经验优先
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English. French, German and other languages is a plus. 熟练掌握中文及英语，掌握法语、德语或其他语言者更佳
4. Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 熟练运用Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint等办公软件
5. Self-motivated, go-getter attitude, able to work under pressure to achieve targets. 具有积极、自我激励的性格，良好的工作态度，以及较强的抗压能力
