博派茶业是一家快速发展的现代茶饮品牌。公司创始人是来自美国的马丁·帕普。公司的茶叶采自全球各地***茶园，经过创新的设计，形成未来感的全新茶饮。

在2015年建立品牌之后，博派茶业现在在中国23个城市开通销售；公司于近期启动新一轮的业务扩张计划，预计通过康普茶等快消产品在2018年实现业绩的三倍增长。

工作职责

• 针对中国流行引领者、健康导向的消费群体制定并执行博派茶业的产品营销策略
• 设计营销活动吸引生活方式健康积极的消费者
• 在线下易拉宝到大型媒体活动等营销活动中，在消费者与博派品牌互动时引导客户接触点
• 与关键意见领袖、影响力人士、赞助商及媒体建立联系及合作
• 建立并执行全公司的营销计划
• 为博派茶业寻找合适的媒体合作伙伴及媒体渠道
• 为博派的微信官方账号、新闻稿及网站撰写文章及创造内容(www.pappstea.com)

任职要求

3. 三年以上针对中国白领消费者的快消品或即饮饮料营销经验
4. 了解中国大陆地区本土消费文化及健康人士的消费倾向

   Launched in 2015, PAPP’S TEA now sells to over 300 locations in 23 cities across China. PAPP’S TEA has recently begun expansion to more CPG such as Kombucha which intends to triple company sells by end of 2018.

   
   

   Roles and Responsibilities

   
   

   • Lead and execute the marketing of PAPP’S TEA’s products to totrendsetting, health-oriented consumers in China
   • Designmarketing projects that attractsthose who live a healthy and engaging lifestyle
   • Guide the touch points of customer interaction with our brand, from offline events such as pop-ups to full scale media events
   • Connect and cooperate withKey Opinion Leaders, Influencers, Sponsors, and media outlets.
   • develop and execute overall company marketing plan
   • Select the appropriate media partners and channels to introduce the PAPP’S story
   • Write and create article content for official wechat account, press releases, and our website. (www.pappstea.com)

   Skills and Requirements

   1. span>
   2. Exceptional Chinese and English communication
   3. Minimum 3yrsexperience in marketing CPG or RTD beverages to white collar Chinese consumers
   4. Understand local consumer culture and preferences of health-oriented consumers in mainland China
   5. Must be organized and have strong work ethic
