主要职责(Duties):
Summary:
Sr. Manager or Director of Business Development to be responsible for sales and partnerships for Qeexo’s business in the China Market including: developing new business in Strategic Accounts, find new business opportunities, and managing existing OEM accounts.
Candidate must have very strong existing management and product line relationships with decision makers at mobile device OEMs in China.
Candidate must have a proven track record of negotiating and closing sales deals with device OEMs in China.
工作任务(Responsibilities):
? Identify potential customers, make regular visits, establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
? Anticipate and understand customers' technical and business requirements and relate it to Qeexo's technology and service capability, provide solutions.
? Execute sales strategy within timelines.
? Assist in launching new products/service and promotion plan.
? Collect market information and new technology development to feedback to RD department.
? Report product weaknesses and handle customer complaints, quality reject and delivery problems before mass production stage.
? Engage and negotiate with procurement department
? Make accurate sales forecasts for designated accounts.
? Manage entire sales cycle from first engagement to evaluation prototyping to negotiating the deal and commercialization.
? Effectively manage and maintain existing customer relationships including performing project management for software implementations
? Any other duties assigned by the Company management.
任职资格(Requirements):
? At least 10+ years working experience in mobile communications industry within which at least 5 years in sales & marketing management role.
? Strong relationships with management and product line decision makers at potential customers
? Proven track record of negotiating and closing business with potential customers
? Strong commercial sense and strong responsibilities.
? Willing to travel frequently.
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Technical Background. Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science degree preferred.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Good computer skills.
? Fluent in both oral and written English.
