3.线上负责网站的建设，完善，优化，SEO以达到吸引客人和转化成交的目的。
线下积极通过与相关产业公司合作开拓新的渠道客户资源；
4.研究媒体、报社、论坛、网络、软文发布及长期的市场推广和维护;
5.新项目的宣传方案和推广方式建设；

任职要求：
1.大学专科以上学历, 有较好的听说读写的英语基础;
2.至少2年商业开发市场开发的经验,有海外房产,移民公司,留学公司,金融,高档俱乐部, 国内房地产等行业从业经验优先;
3.热情，勤奋，热爱销售行业，有较强的社会人脉和渠道开发能力;
4.热爱高竞争，有较强的主动性、自信心、沟通能力和亲和力;
5.具有极好的敬业精神、团队精神、有明确目标;
6.有成熟,优雅,专业的职业素养, 形象佳;
