For our Building Technologies Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a (BSCE) Sr. Hardware Engineer (Fire Product)

高级硬件工程师（消防产品）.

What are my responsibilities?

*Participate in system inteconnection design, and independently implement electronic design and development for delivery of high quality products on schedule, including schematics design, BOM generation, EMC design, analog simulation, components selection, constraint design, review and support for PCB layout etc.

参与系统互连设计，独立完成电子设计和开发，包括原理图设计，生成元器件清单，EMC设计，模拟仿真，元器件选择，布局布线约束设计支持和检查等，以保证高质量产品的按期交付;

*Build function test plan and set up function test cases to verify circuit design

构建功能测试计划并完成功能测试搭建以验证电路设计;

*Independently accomplish technical document and report in English according to the requirements of project development

依据项目开发需要，独立完成英文技术文档和报告;

*Be capable of providing technical training for team improvement.

能为团队进步提供技术培训;

*Interact with multi-disciplinary team to ensure a high quality design for mutual integration

能够融入多学科的开发团队并确保高质量的设计能相互集成;

*Fully understand essentials of development process and contribute to process improvement

充分理解研发流程的精髓并能为流程改进做出贡献.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred, major in electrical and electronic engineering, industrial automation or related

本科以上学历，硕士优先，电子工程，工业自动化或相关专业毕业

2. 5+ years related working experience in electrical and electronic design, preferably 1+ year’s product design experiences in HVAC or FS

5年以上电子设计相关工作经验，有1年以上暖通空调行业或安防行业产品设计经验者优先

3. Preferably working experience under regular project management and process control

有在正规项目管理和流程控制下的工作经验者优先

4. Experiences in international companies are advantages

有国际企业工作经历者优先

Others:

1. Proficient in digital/analog mixed circuit design, especially analysis & constraint design of high-speed digital circuit, communication buses, switching power supply (basic topologies, power-stage design, dissipation analysis, small signal transfer model & loop compensation), frequency domain analysis of operational amplifier, ADC circuit design etc., preferably experienced in motor driving.

2. Adept in industrial product design and EMC troubleshooting with rich knowledge in EMC design theory, reliability, safety , thermal analysis, electronic components technology

3. Skillful at EDA tools, Preferably experienced in Mentor Graphics’ DxDesigner, Expedition and Systemvision

熟练使用EDA工具，有Mentor Graphics DxDesigner, Expedition和Systemvision使用经验者优先

4. Preferably have basic knowledge of product development process and HVAC or FS field

有产品研发流程方面和暖通空调领域或安防领域的基础知识者优先

5. Strong capability in English reading and writing as well as English speaking

在英语读写和口语方面有较强的能力
