Position: Expatriates Housing Assistant (6-month contract)

Division/Department: HR, Org. & ITP

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

? This position is responsible for managing all aspects of VGC expatriates housing related issues like rental payment processes, lease management and housing data report for VGC in Beijing and other VW locations by supporting HR Expatriates Consulting team and coordinating with housing agencies.

? This position ensures that all monthly expatriate housing rental payments and utility cost reimbursements are done timely and correctly in line with FSE/LE housing policy.

? This position is responsible for supporting VCIC Expatriates Consultants to provide our Expatriates on-going consulting in their whole assignment life cycle.

Your Responsibilities:

? Work closely with HR / Expatriates Consulting department to support Expatriates housing related issues

? Manage the relocation and immigration issues for all expatriate employees

? Supporting the monthly and annual tax filing for Expatriates

? Housing Agency Vendor Management

? Support with other vendor payment

? FSE/LE Consulting Support

Our Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree

? Good at communication, easy going, self motivation and patience. Quick learner and willing to learn.

? Above 2 years working experience before with related experiences

? Fluent English in speaking, writing; proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP Purchasing Modules

? German is a plus
