职位描述：
Activities & Responsibilities：

 Handle the reception work for incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
 Welcome visitors or guests initially and transfer to the proper internal parties
 Responsible for meeting room, company cars arrangement
 Responsible for handing out stationary, relative documents, sending and dispatching outgoing mails/letters for office floor
 Responsible for travel arrangement, including book tickets, hotel, rental car etc.
 In charge of book water & supper for staffs
 Responsible for export attendance record and make monthly attendance record by checking related form.
 Booking Lunch Meal for BoConcept Office staff
 Responsible for reimburse and registration part of administrative invoice
 Assistant to the staffing program (Birthday party\Annual party\News wall ……)
 Responsible for Commercial insurance (work with vendor)
 Assist HR for recruitment process.

Experience
At least 1 years fill time experience in the Admin Assistant

Educational Background
University Degree, preferably from a top tier university in China.

PC/Language/Other Skills
Good in English & Mandarin. Effective presentation and communication skills, strong PC skills, and organizational skills.
