销售主管
Job Descriptions:
1、负责管理本销售团队的业绩、培训等；
1. Responsible for the management of the sale team performance and training etc.
2、与客户沟通，了解客户的英语学习需求；为客户量身定制英语学习计划；
2. Communicate and know customers demand of English learning;Customize English learning plan
3、持续跟进有意向的潜在客户；
3. Continue to follow up interested potential customers;
4、负责对意向客户进行外教试听课的安排；
4.be responsible for arranging demo classes for potential customers
5、客户后期跟踪服务。
5. Customer late tracking service.

任职资格：
Job Requirements:
1、年龄25-35岁，大专以上学历，市场营销、教育或相关专业；
1. Age 25 to 35 years old, college degree or above, major in marketing, education or related;
2、三年以上销售、咨询或教师工作经验，具有英语相关工作经验优先；
2. Three years or above sales and consulting or teachers' work experience, has the English related working experience will be preferred;
3、有进取心、热爱咨询工作；
3. Enterprise and love consulting work;
4、思维敏捷，善于倾听，沟通及应变能力强；
4.The thought is agile, good at listening, communication and Flexibility;
5、有一定英语基础；

6、具有团队协作精神，执行能力强。
