Store Technician
It’s more than a job as store staff. As member of first Trek-owned concept store in China and Trek family, you have opportunity to participant and lead a project, marketing/operation/inventory management, etc., and become a ninja on this field. You will have better career development opportunity and outlook.
Duties/Responsibilities:
? Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes with customers
? Direct customers through entire sales/service process
? Build and maintain relationships with customers
? Keep your space and common areas clean, keep the Tech Center organized
? Deal with daily work order and improve the turnaround
? Correctly complete all paperwork and computer invoicing associated with repair work.
? Perform each repair thoroughly and satisfactorily to exceed customers’ expectations
? Participate in planning sessions to guide service parts inventory selection and depth
? Assist salespeople with technical questions
? High level of product knowledge about bike and PA
? DRI of the Tech Center
? Reports to Store Manager
Education/Experience:
? At least three years of bicycle store technician experience
? Fitting skill

? 认真完成每一个维修和服务业务，让顾客的满意度超过他/她的预期
? 详细计划和管理服务配件的库存和产品线
? 协助销售人员回答技术问题
? 对于整车和配件知识都有很深的理解
? 成为技术中心的负责人
? 直接汇报给直营店经理
工作经验:
? 至少三年的店铺技术工作背景
? 拥有Fitting的经验和技能
