任职资格：
1. 年龄20-26岁的女同学；
2. 身高160cm-173cm，形象良好，体型匀称 ；
3. 全日制大学毕业生（本科以上），专业不限。本次招聘欢迎刚毕业3年内的小伙伴参加；
4. 优秀的英文听说读写能力；
5. 具有热情的服务意识；
6. 乐意在新加坡工作。

晋升路径：空乘—空乘领班—空乘主管—空乘经理

流程：简历筛选 → 宣讲会&面试 → 两周培训 → 海外雇主面试 → 与海外雇主签订劳动合同→ 离境准备 → 驻新加坡工作

两周培训内容（培训语言全英文）：
1. Grooming & Etiquette
2. Customer Champion Service Mindset
3. Interviewing Skills
4. Conversational English Enhancement / Win-win Conversation
5. Industrial Service Skills
6. Teamwork Spirit
7. Employers’ Standards and Expectations
8. Orientation to Living and Working in Singapore
