Job Summary:

We are now looking for 4G5G Integration and Verification Test Manager. Your role will include in all development activities such as: requirement analysis, integration, function verification, system verification and CI. As an IV test manager, you need to have strong willing to setup the test strategy and lead the team (up to 30+ IV team member) to success in the product development

Responsibilities:

• You will drive strategic technical leadership
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
• Develop test strategy and test high quality products
• Perform trouble shooting
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
• Develop competence in technical domain

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor or above, major in EE, CS, or similar
• Min years of experience: 5 years
• Domain experience: Deep understanding in LTE RAN and familiar with 5G
• Product development Integration and Verification knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
• Business understanding commend test equipment: TM500, QC-Chipset, Channel Emulator.
• Working with people and networking
• Innovating, adapting and responding to change
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
