Position Title: Legal Counsel

Location: Beijing

Position Description:

Volkswagen (China) Investment Co. Ltd. is Volkswagen Group China’s regional headquarters.

As a member of the Legal Department of Volkswagen Group China in Beijing, the Legal Counsel position is responsible for:

? Advising the Company in legal commercial matters;

? Drafting and reviewing complex multi-party contracts and legal documents;

? Managing and implementing legal IPR enforcement measures;

? Providing timely legal guidance to internal business units and other Volkswagen entities regarding potential legal issues, particularly on measures for IPR protection and enforcement.

This position reports to the General Counsel.

This position shall be filled at the mutually earliest convenience

Position Requirements:

? Master in law, with at least 1 year study overseas

? 5 years of professional experience in a leading law firm or a multinational company

? International law familiarity preferred

? Excellent English and native Mandarin language skills, both oral and written

? Mature and confident, with strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently, under pressure with commitment to tasks
