职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
Manage and handle the correspondence for CEO and provide administrative and secretarial services
Plan, organize and coordinate business travel for CEO to destinations worldwide, including itinerary planning, logistics arrangements, etc.
Coordinate regular executive management team meetings, including meeting agenda, meeting minutes and follow ups
Liaison with external partners for meetings, activities and events
Provide local supports to important visitors/events
Manage special projects such as data collection and tracking
Document translation and management
Coordinate with other functions to accomplish work assignments

Requirements:
Bachelor degree qualification essential with at least 3 years as executive assistant to senior management
Excellent written and spoken English essential
Experience with executive travel and event planning
High level of integrity, good working attitude and sense of confidentiality
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Good capability in multi-task and sense of business acumen
Computing proficiency with Windows, Excel and Powerpoint
High energy personality and with service-oriented mindset
Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferable
