职务描述：
- 主要负责亚太区EBM设备的现场技术服务、安装调试及设备维护；
- 解决设备技术问题，确保客户良好的用户体验；
- 负责设备现场的技术及使用培训；
- 以电话或邮件方式，为已装机客户提供技术咨询服务；
- 与客户及服务经理沟通协调设备的场地准备及安装时间，确保安装顺利进行；
- 协助客户完成备件及耗材订购，以及服务协议的续订。

职位要求：
- 全日制本科或以上学位毕业, 机械及机械自动化、电子工程、材料等专业；
- 2年以上的机械自动化系统、电气自动化系统等工程经验或者研究生学历；
- 充分的机械及电气故障排除经验；
- 具有金属3D打印行业经验优先；
- 熟练的英语口语及书写技能，熟练操作电脑及机械工具；
- 善于与客户及同事沟通；
- 有独立工作能力及抗压能力；
- 适应出差生活。

Field Service Engineer for Arcam Beijing
Job description：
? Take over the installation, maintenance and service of our electron beam melting systems on-site at our customers in Asia;
? Solve technical issues always proposing innovative ideas and solutions and ensuring the highest level of customer care;
? Provide customer training on system use;
? Provide technical phone or E-Mail support for installed machines;
? Communicate with customers and service manager for site preparation and installation date, ensure the installation schedule;
? Support the customers for ordering spare parts and consumables, and renew service agreement.
Candidate requirement:
? Bachelor degree or more above in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation Technology, Material science or similar degree;
? At least 2 year experience of mechanical automation system, electrical automation system engineering or master degree;
? Experience from troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems is highly valued;
? Good English ability both written and spoken, computer operation and mechanical skills;
? Must be able to communicate well with customers and colleagues;
? Ability to work independently and cope with pressure;
? Able to travel frequently.
