职位描述：
岗位职责/Responsibilities：
负责公司总机电话接听并转接给相关人员；
Answer the telephone in a good manner & transfer the telephone to the right person;
日常收发快递文件包裹；
Daily mail & courier management;
办公室设备的维护管理；
Office facilities maintenance;
根据审计相关制度，准备所有财务相关的文件；
Prepare all documentation support to finance team on internal audit
协助内部处理IT相关的需求；
Assist with internal IT requests, where required;
协助组织公司活动和每月生日会；
Assist to organize company outing & monthly birthday party;
领导安排的其他事务；
Other tasks assigned by CFO/Senior Finance Manager.

岗位要求/Requirements：
具有良好的口头表达能力及沟通能力，具亲和力
Excellent oral express and communication ability, with affinity
良好的中英文口语及写作能力
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
注重细节、耐心、积极主动；
Detail oriented, initiative, patient;
具有良好的团队合作精神
Good professionalism and teamwork spirit
