Job Duties & Responsibilities职责范围:
? Plan and implement the sales/marketing activities in the specified territory to achieve the annual sales target.

? Keep in close contact with distributers and proactively support distributers on sales and marketing activities.
与经销商密切合作并对经销商的市场销售活动提供支持。
? Develop and maintain good customer relationship, set up efficient communication channels, keep in close contact with customers, visit customer regularly.
开发并维护良好的客户关系,建立有效的沟通渠道,定期拜访客户并与客户保持紧密联系。
? Set up customer information database, and update the information regularly.
建立客户信息库并定期更新维护。
? Understand demand from customers and propose strategy to develop different customers.
了解客户需求并能够针对不同客户给出不同解决方案。
? Ensure proper and timely submission of all regular reporting as required by the upper management and any other functions as assigned by Regional Manager.
确保及时准确的提交上级领导要求的业务报告。
? Collecting and reporting sales and market problem and propose the solution.
及时发现市场营销工作中的问题,报告并提出解决方案。
? Closely follow up market information including competitor information and feedback to headquarters.
密切关注行业、市场动态包括竞争分析信息,并反馈给总部。
? Work closely with other departments, such as support Marketing Department for marketing activities.
与其它部门紧密协作,如配合市场部的推广活动等。
? Relative sales work like quotation, offer, negotiation, review technical documents and related contracts.
其它销售相关工作,如制作报价单,议价,审阅技术文档和相关合同文本等。


Qualifications任职要求:
? Bachelor degree above of biology, medicine and life science, at least 3 years working experience focusing on sales and marketing leading functions。
 大学本科以上学历,生物、医药或生命科学相关专业,至少三年以上市场销售相关工作经验.
? Excellent negotiating and networking skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills
出色的谈判技巧和沟通能力。
? Strong planning, organization, analytical and prioritization skills
优秀的计划、组织和分析能力。
? Demonstrated decision-making skills in a complex environment
能承受一定的压力,在复杂情势下的能保持良好的决策能力。
